Second Ebola patient test positive in Dallas.

I woke up this morning to news that a second patient at Texas Health and Presbyterian has tested positive for Ebola.  They haven't announced yet the name of the new Ebola patient.  She is a female and she was one of the medical staff that treated Duncan.  Duncan died last week after a long battle with the virus.  The first patient to contract Ebola Nina Pham is recovering well.

It makes you wonder how it's being reported that Ebola is hard to catch, but all of these nurses and medical staff that are in protective suits are catching it.  A nurse in Spain was in full protectiv gear and caught the virus as well.  Several possible cases have popped up but they have tested negative.  A deputy that served an isolation warrant Duncans family began feeling sick a few days after serving the warrant.  He went to a Carenow clinic which was immediately locked down.  He tested negative and was released.

It's a scary time in Dallas right now.  Many of my friends and family are gripped to the news about anything to do with Ebola.  It's scary to think something so deadly is in my city and could affect me and my family.

Planes Fire and Rescue review

I saw Planes Fire and Rescue with my family this weekend.  We saw the first Planes and we didn't think it was nearly as good as we hoped for.  Planes Fire and Rescue did not disappoint.  This is my Planes Fire and Rescue review as well as my wife's opinion and my 5 year old boy.


My wife and I went in thinking that the move might not be as good as we were hoping.  Right off the bat we were impressed.  The movie was exciting as soon as it started.  The length of Planes Fire and Rescue is perfect at only 83 minutes.  My 5 year old son was able to stay interested the entire movie which is unusual.  Most movies he gets bored or anxious about halfway through.  Planes Fire and Rescue is the latest release from Disney.

Most of this movie was appropriate.  Their was one joke where one of the characters replaced the word @ss with Aston Martin.  To a child it wouldn't be very obvious.  I just don't like when movies meant for children use adult jokes.



There are some good moral taught in the movie such as friendship.  It also teaches that true friends will do anything to try and help out.  It also demonstrates how some people will put fame and fortune above safety.

How to Train your Dragon Tshirts.

How to Train your Dragon 2 was released only a few months ago.  This is one of the most exciting animations to be released in 2014.  Hiccup Astrid and the rest of the gang join up with Toothless and the other dragons to save berk from the evil dragon slaver Drago.  Hiccup and Toothless like to create maps of new areas but one adventure leads them to the discovery of an ice cave full of new wild dragons.  They also fall into the hands of some dragon slave traders working for Drago.  The whole group must fight to save the peace in Berk and stop Drago from enslaving the dragons.

Now you can join the adventure by getting some of your own How to Train your Dragon shirts.  These shirts are good quality and feature several characters from the movie. The first shirt is a black shirt with the eyes and mouth of Toothless.  Toothless is one of the funniest characters in the movie.  He is powerful and strong but has a child like attitude.




The next shirt features Hiccup riding on Toothless.  They are in an attack position and Hiccup has his flaming sword drawn ready for battle.

Castle Clash Druid

In Castle Clash there is no better hero than the Druid.  He is the most important hero in every aspect of the game.  His ability to heal units and give them a buff makes him an absolute must in every line up.  The Druid is not only great combined with other units but solo he is really powerful.

Why is the Castle Clash Druid so Popular

The Druid is so popular because he is one of only 2 heroes that can heal.  The Angel hero can heal but it is not nearly as effective because the amount of healing is smaller, she can only target 1 unit and there is no buff associated with her heals.  At skill level one you get an attack bonus of 15%.  At skill level 9 the attack buff will be 32% and will apply to 10 units.  The heal combined with the extra attack makes this skill incredibly strong.  When you compare the damage to similar heroes this hero wins again.  Max damage is 3635 compared to the Angel at 2199 and Cupid at 3948.  Health is very similar as well with 28700 compared to the Angel at 16155 and Cupid at 29615.

Best Heroes to Combine with Druid

The Druid will pair really well with any other heroes.  Two stick out as the best to have in your line up.  The Thunder God and Grizzly Reaper both make extremely good combinations.  Drop your Thunder God, Grizzly Reaper or better yet, drop both in safe areas of a raid.  Even if a single tower or only a few units can hit them.  Next drop the Druid so he can heal the other heroes.  The Thunder God and Grizzly Reaper will use their talents to kill units and building from across the map.  You can virtually destroy the entire base without using any units or other heroes if your opponent doesn’t build their base correctly.
Another good choice is to pair with Immortep.  Immortep gains the attack bonus for both his normal hits as well as his skill.  This means when he skill goes off it will do a lot more damage.
Cupid is the best support hero to combine with.  Cupid will continually feed energy which will cause more heals and also more buffs.

Best Talent for Castle Castle Druid

The best talent to have is berserk.  Berserk will make your hero attack faster which will in turn make him cast his skill more often.  The more often you cast heal the better. War God is a decent talent but the bonus attack only apply to attack and does not apply to the healing.  The same goes with bulwark.  With bulwark you get the bonus health and attack but it does not apply to the healing percentage.  Revitalize is good in the arena but only decent in raids or the Here Be Monsters quest.  Revive can be really good in certain situations but I would never purposely try to get it.  Deadly strike is decent but again only affects damage.  Deadly strike will make the Druid much better solo but will not really help much as a group.
 
Do not Spend Hero Shards to Get Druid

Do not spend any hero shards to get the Druid.  Every 30 days if you complete the daily quest each daily you will get a free one.  The same goes for a Paladin.  There is no reason to waste 1800 hero shards on this hero when you get one for free each month.

Is Wikinut a scam?

One of the websites I write for is Wikinut.  I started writing for them about 3 years ago.  Since that time I have made almost no money from them.  Its not a traffic problem, it's a rate problem.  I can consistently get 50 to 100 views a day across my articles.  But for all of those views I get a penny or two most days.  So is Wikinut a scam?  I wouldn't necessarily put Wikinut into the category of a scam website.  They do pay you once you reach the payment threshold.  It took me over 2 years to reach the 2.50 payout limit though.  So I would say Wikinut is not worth submitting articles to.  You will never make enough money from the website to justify the time writing.

One thing that Wikinut is good for is getting back links and driving traffic to your other articles.  Wikinut is lenient when it comes to linking to other content.  Write a article and put a link to another article on another platform that will actually pay well.  You will get views on your Wikinut article and they will in turn find your other articles.

Wikinut is not a website I would recommend for passive income.  You will never write enough articles to get a good daily amount of earnings.  I have given up on submitting anything new to them except if I include links to other articles.  I don't know if the links are dofollow or not so I don't know if the links add any SEO value.

How to find Ricoh MPC4000 network settings

This article will explain how to find the Ricoh MPC4000 network settings.  This menu is very easy to find once you know how.  At first it seems a bit hard to locate as the menus are not really clear.

This is a front view of the Ricoh MPC4000.

On the panel on the front you will want to press the button on the top left side that says User Tools / Counter.

Next click the System Settings button.  This will bring up the System Setting menu for the Ricoh MPC4000.

Under the System Setting menu you will press the Interface Setting tab.  Once this is open you will be able to see the IP address of the Ricoh MPC4000, the gateway address, the domain name and many other features.

There are many reasons you might need to get access to these settings.  If you are trying to troubleshoot a Ricoh MPC4000 you may need to know the current IP Address or other network settings.  You may also need to adjust some of the settings if you lose power, change equipment or move the printer to another location.

Is Teckler a scam?

Teckler is a scam.  I began writing for Teckler about 5 months ago.  I figured the website didn’t really look promising but I was prepared to give it a shot.  I posted a dozen or so photographs and waited to see the results.

How Does Teckler Work

Teckler is a content submission site that basically allows you submit any content you want within reason.  Each submitted content piece is called a teck.  A teck can range from a single photograph, an article or a link.  There is no minimum required length of your article and no approval needed.

After a couple of days, your views are calculated and your earnings are determined.  There is no rhyme or reason for how much you earn.  From my experience it isn’t very much.  After submitting about 50 photographs I had earned less than 10 cents in an entire month.  I decided I wouldn’t waste my time.  A few months later I got an email from teckler.  This reminded me that my account was still open.  I logged in to find that my earnings had picked up and I was now at 1.45.  This still wasn’t close to what I wanted but I figured it was a decent amount for how little work I had done.  I cashed out and received my money about 3 days later. 

I uploaded another 30 or so photographs and began posting links.  I started to see my earnings rise.  I even made 30 cents one day.  I got hopeful that with enough content I would start making decent amounts.  A week or two later my earnings basically stopped.  I was getting 1/10^th the views I was getting before and my earnings were fractions of a penny each day.  I waited 2 months for my earnings to completely stall at 2.70.  I requested my money. 

After 2 weeks I still had not received it.  I then sent an email to support asking where my money is.  I got no response.  I tried to post a new teck asking if anyone else was having problems with receiving money.  The problem is, the button to create a new teck is gone.  It is nowhere to be found.  I waited another 2 weeks and emailed again asking where my money is.  Again I got no answer.  I emailed one more time about 3 weeks later and got no response.

I decided to cut my losses and not allow Teckler to continue earnings revenue from my post.  I found a button to remove my profile.  When I click it, it says there is an error and it is unable to remove my profile.  I really feel they have purposely designed this system so that you can’t remove your content.  Teckler is a scam website, there is no doubt in my mind.  There is no excuse for a business not to respond to emails and especially to not pay someone for their work.
